The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five member Board that meets on the 1st Wednesday of every month or by the call of the Chairman, as needed.  

The Zoning Board of Appeals can make determinations on the following:

• Planned Unit Developments
• Variances to the Zoning Ordinance
• Variances to the Sign Ordinance with limitations stated within the ordinance.
• Appeals to administrative interpretation of the Ordinance.
